Return Policy

Sometime items just don't work out as you planned.  We do our best to give you enough information to base your purchase sizing appropriately, but there are times when you need to return something.  We try to make our return policy easy to follow.

When a return is needed, you MUST follow these guidelines and note we will stand firm on our policy.
  • We are sorry, but no refunds will be issued, no exception. 
  • If shipping is paid, either by customer or Sassy, you will not be refunded the shipping cost. It will be your responsibility to pay return shipping as well.  If we pay your shipping, it will be deducted from your credit.
  • Return must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.  If we do not receive it within this time, unfortunately we can’t accept your items.  They will be refused and you must pay the return shipping charge. We will bill you for the shipping cost and if not paid within 7 days, the items will be given to charity.
  • Go to "Request a Return" and follow directions. If it doesn't allow you to request, your items are not eligible.
  • If the item has a manufacturers' defect, you must notify us within 3 days for a return.  
  • Any item purchased with a 40% off or greater discount is a FINAL sale.  These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, you must go to the Return Request page and follow the instructions there. NO items will be accepted without our approval. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will notify you if your return is accepted or denied.

Non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Worn or dirty/stained items (smoke, pet hair, perfume, makeup, deodorant, appearance of being worn or washed, etc)
  3. Items without approval.
  4. Items purchased longer than 14 days
  5. Clearance items - All Sales Final (Anything greater than 40% off)
  6. Accessories - All accessory sales are final


No Exchanges 
Due to order volume and rate of sales instore, we are not able to process any exchanges. All returns will be processed and credit given.  If you want to purchase the same item in a different size, you will need to make a new purchase.  Your credit may be used, but we cannot hold items to make exchanges.

Holiday Return Policy
Order placed between Thanksgiving and Dec. 24th will be eligible for returns through Jan. 14th.  All other guidelines apply.

If you are purchasing an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot be responsible.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for wrong addresses.  We do not pay for insurance on any package, unless you pay for it.
